It’s been a long three years of waiting for the World of Warcraft: Shadowlands expansion to drop, but today’s the day, and fans couldn’t be happier. The release was originally scheduled for October 27th, so this last month has been especially painful for those aching to spend most of their waking hours gaming. As is to be expected, anxious gamers have been filling Reddit and Twitter with memes about Shadowlands. Some have to do with the anxiety-inducing process of choosing a covenant. Others focus more on relinquishing sleep for gameplay. We’re just happy to have another way to occupy ourselves during all these quarantines and lockdowns. Shadowlands couldn’t have come at a better time.
