Happy New Year, Disney fans! It’s 2026, and you know what that means? It means that new characters have entered the Public Domain, and this year, one of them is a Disney character! For those not in the know, a creative work enters the public domain once the exclusive rights to said work have expired. …

The Funniest Disney Memes of the Week (June 30, 2024)
If you’ve been to Disney theme parks in the past couple of years, you’ve probably noticed something…fast passes suddenly cost money and are also not called fast passes anymore. As someone who hasn’t been to Disney since 2018, I’ve heard about all of this Disney Genie, virtual queue, and Lightning Lane stuff secondhand, and none …

The Funniest Disney Memes of the Week (June 23, 2024)
It’s easy to forget how much Disney changed the theme park game. Before Disneyland opened in 1955, no amusement park had ever achieved such a level of immersive theming. Arguably, no theme park has surpassed Disney ever since. You could make the argument for The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, but I’m not in the …

If your favorite Disney villains aren’t Cruella DeVil, Lady Tremaine, The Evil Queen, Maleficent, and Ursula, I’m not sure if I can trust you. I know that there are some good male villains in the canon (Scar, Hades, and Jafar stand out) but they don’t bring the drama as much as these divas. The Evil …

24 Fancy Memes That Give ‘Em the Old Razzle Dazzle
Let me add a little bit of spice to the meme list. Being fancy is a state of mind. Anyone can be fancy if they’d like because it’s all about attitude. You could be eating your depression meal of peanut butter on rice cakes but if you do it with your pinky up, that’s fancy. You could …

People give Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora a lot of slack for being the most boring of the Disney princesses. While they’re not entirely wrong, I think it has a lot more to do with the other characters in their movies being so much more memorable than these ladies being uniquely uninteresting. Despite being the …

25+ Bear Memes For Grizzly Bear Fans Who Aren’t Exactly Grizzly Man
I think about the Werner Herzog film Grizzly Man more than I should. It’s a documentary about a man who feels a great spiritual connection to grizzly bears. He spent thirteen summers at a national park in Alaska observing and living among grizzly bears. Park officials repeatedly told him that his proximity to these bears …

Well, it finally happened. The long-awaited live-action remake of The Little Mermaid is officially in theatres, and I have some thoughts about it. I know this might be a controversial opinion, but the movie is really carried by the strength of its lead performances. Halle Bailey as Ariel, Melissa McCarthy as Ursula, and Jonah Hauer-King …

The Funniest Disney Memes of the Week (February 18, 2023)
Of all of the billion-dollar corporations, there is not one with better brand recognition than Disney. How could there be? Do you think Apple could make timeless animated classics, less timeless live-action flicks, incredible theme parks, and Twitches? I don’t think so. Disney has convinced millions of people to wear their logo as merchandise. Google …

The Best Disney Memes of the Week (February 11, 2023)
This week, Disney announced several upcoming sequels: Frozen 3, Zootopia 2, Toy Story 5, and Inside Out 2. Toy Story 5 is simultaneously the most and least shocking of all the projects. Pixar cannot let Andy’s toys go, and I understand why! I speak for millions when I say I would forever be entertained by …
