Thanksgiving is just around the corner and whether you have a big family, a small family, or a family of your own making, you can already hear that dinner bell ringing. Turkey day has a way of bringing families together. For some, their togetherness is just locational and since we’re all in the same room, perhaps it’s time to nitpick each other and be a real family. Having everyone in the same household is going to ruffle some feathers anyways (bird pun intended). As an innocent bystander, you and your favorite cousin simply drink up all the tea the auntie’s are spilling, enjoying your second helping of gravy mashed potatoes and thinking about the leftovers you’ll be going home with. 

Turkey day may not be a blast for everyone, but at least there’s good food, blood-relative drama, and at least one family member to debate with about your life choices. So make the most of this family holiday and enjoy it in its purest form– go find your cousins, go on a «walk», and get so totally basted!
