Everybody is a little bit crazy. We all have dumb thoughts, make bad decisions, and even act out if things don’t go to plan. This was all well and good before social media was invented, because unless you managed to f*ck things up really badly there probably wouldn’t be much of a permanent record of your follies. 

Nowadays, on the other hand, we have both unlimited access to the most powerful communication tool ever invented, and a crippling addiction to it that prompts us to put every single deranged idea we have out into the public domain. It doesn’t take a genius to assess the damage and conclude that for a lot of people, this hasn’t ended very well. 

However, it has led to a large amount of entertaining incidents — so long as we’re not the ones at the center of attention, of course. The individuals on this list put their reputations on the line to bring us these strange, yet compelling moments. While some of them may be wrong, that doesn’t mean that we can’t applaud the bravery.
