«Are the straights okay?» isn’t a sentence I enjoy hearing, but it’s definitely resonating this week – especially on Twitter. There have been many posts detailing highly toxic relationships between men and women, and the drama we’re about to discuss is no different. It may not deal with the psychological torture of gaslighting, but cheating doesn’t need a movie-related moniker to be frowned upon. 

Twitter user @undefeatedmatt introduced us to one of the biggest jerks of the week in a tweet from this weekend. In the tweet, @undefeatedmatt discusses a couple he knows that is currently in the process of splitting up. The reason for the marriage’s failure? The husband’s infidelity. 

After getting caught cheating with the neighbor, the angry dude decided to seek petty revenge in an incredibly immature manner: by sending his soon-to-be ex-wife a clown costume from Amazon. The move angered OP, and in turn, angered the people of Twitter, who chimed in to share their opinions on the jerk, as well as their own experiences with salty cheaters who couldn’t deal with the consequences of their actions. 

I have two words of advice for this brand of loser: Grow up.
