Something weird goes viral every single day. This week alone, there was online discourse about a British woman freaking out over unshiny candy wrappers, an Alabama man getting stuck in a large vase at a wedding, the uncovering of illegal underground tunnels built by Hasidic Jews in Brooklyn, and a group of country boys falling gleefully (not to mention face-first) into a bog. With this many human interest stories happening on the internet at any given time, it’s no wonder we can’t remember all of them. I barely remember what went viral last month, and it’s literally my job to remember that! 

There are, as luck would have it, a few shining stars of internet (particularly Twitter) discourse that will never be forgotten. Of course, Bean Dad and 30-50 Feral Hogs Guy are certified legends, but there are many other characters in the past couple of years who have made their marks.
