Although we, as humans, love to keep ourselves busy with all kinds of random stuff that make no sense, as a collective, we have a few shared experiences that bring us all joy, with the main ones being – love, food, and sleep. Of those three, I would be lying if I said that sleep isn’t the one I enjoy the most.

I love my bed, and I love it when the feeling of sleep washes all over me when I’m lying in my bed at night. I love waking up without an alarm clock, feeling well rested and ready to take on the day, and I love cuddling in bed with my pets until I am hungry enough to go and enjoy some good food. Honestly, sleep is the best.

What I don’t love, is when I feel like sleep is all I can think of while I am trying to work, much like what is happening to me right now.
