Happy 4th of July, everybody! Did you know that celebrating Independence from Britain is the most common holiday worldwide? If you’re from a country that gained its independence from those isles after the United States, I’m proud of you. Here in the USA, we love to have the most fun while celebrating the day the founding fathers signed the Declaration of Independence. We grill hot dogs. We hold 4th of July parades. We explode stuff in the air and fight other people for a spot on the grass to gaze at it. 

Trying to find a spot to watch the fireworks is one of my least favorite parts of the 4th of July. You have to sit on a blanket all day, rot in the heat and pray that you made the right choice with your patch of grass.
