A Dose of Memes to Lift the Spirits

It took a long and misspent youth to get there, but I think I finally got to the age where I’m ready to commit to encouraging healthier coping mechanisms. I think that past a certain point, all of us have witnessed other people’s wackadoodle behavior go from being somewhat understandable to just plain sad. Nobody wants it to be their turn, that’s for sure.

Most bad habits aren’t easy to kick, but a good way to start is by making some minor swaps. For example, you eat your favorite fruit during your break at work instead of crushing a pack of cookies. Another vital part of the process is positive reinforcement: perhaps there are already some things you are doing that help take the pressure off, but aren’t doing any harm. Looking at memes most definitely falls into that category. They have the potential to make you laugh and save you from yourself.
