Great. We’ve officially reached the time of the year that makes it entirely too difficult to get out of bed. After some unseasonably warm weather, we here in the northeast are feeling the transition pretty hard. All I want to do is make soup (last night it was avgolemono, a delightfully lemony Greek chicken soup) and curl up with a good movie or two. The other option we enjoy as an alternative to getting out of bed and being productive is just staying under the covers and mindlessly scrolling through our various apps. Twitter often makes us want to go back to bed (especially lately), Facebook is full of irrelevant boomers, and Instagram feels like it’s mostly ads. To get the good stuff, we need to hunt a bit more.
