Yet another week is about to come to a close. If you’re anything like most people, perhaps you sleepwalked through the usual routine. Maybe you’re just built different, and you took the bull by the horns and really made something of what was presented to you. Or, maybe something insane happened that really upended everything in your life, in which case, my condolences.

However these August days have treated you, one thing that can still be relied upon is that we’re going to bookend them with another scheduled portion of random memes. They might not summarize the week that was, but they’ll do a good job in dulling the memory of it all (if that’s what you want). There are plenty of relatable scenarios to be found in these memes, but their main attraction is the escapism. No matter where you’re at in life, you can always enjoy some of that.
