There’s nothing worse than a boss who is both arrogant and incompetent. When u/stashu_‘s boss realized that making the shift schedule five hours before the start day proved to be a difficult task when employees had their pre-approved days off coming up, he didn’t acknowledge or accept the consequences of his own failures as a manager. Instead, he took it out on his employees by prohibiting time off requests and calling for a 9:30 PM meeting. Great job, boss!
