As anyone who has been on Twitter knows, it’s truly incredible what people can do with a 280 character limit. They can rant. They can rave. They can bully people over politics or write something beautiful that will make you cry. But our favorite tweets make us smile and sometimes (if we’re really lucky) laugh.
