A lot of hoopla is made about short men. Pundits online devote lengthy tomes to the strife of the short king, his disadvantages, and his struggles. But what about their tall brethren? Do they not suffer alike? There are a few situations in life where being a tall man puts you in difficult situations. Like doing limbo at a birthday party. Or going spelunking in a small cave. Or finding pants that fit. 

But above all, the tall man suffers on the airplane. Coach is famous for its lack of legroom, and the vertically advanced among us pay the price with sore knees and a scrunched-up spine. First class offers a boon for those folks– if they’re willing to pay. But in this recent Reddit story that has everybody talking, that’s not what happened. In my opinion, if you’re tall, you’re responsible for your tall accommodations. But the brother in this story seems to have a different idea.
