In these trying times, it feels like the world could use a lot more humor. And Twitter users have stepped up to the plate with a new meme format that’s designed to relay excellent jokes in a pretty meta manner. Wannabe comedians are basically tweeting an introduction to a joke along with a disclaimer – which is ultimately is the punchline.
