When you’re highly concerned about someone you care about, your initial response would be to immediately call, right? It’s a natural and reasonable response when you fear for your loved ones. But what if it was your life partner? If you thought they were in serious trouble, you’d call them until you got an answer.

The user described the factory where he worked where he was prohibited from using his phone, so he would keep it in his locker. Apparently, another facility under the same company faced a seriously dangerous fire. The user’s wife heard about this and did the natural thing, she called her husband to make sure he was safe. The calls went unanswered, but the wife kept calling. This resulted in the man being written up by his superior, which he did not respond to well.
