Gender stereotypes suck. Nobody likes to be told that they’re bad at directions, completely irrational, or unable to cry purely because of what box they tick on a form. That being said, now and then it seems as if they have a grain of truth to them. After all, these rumors don’t spring up out of nowhere. 

One such example is that many (usually heterosexual) men are not the greatest homemakers. When you’re taught, more or less, that something isn’t your job, then it can come as a nasty surprise when it turns out that way after all. The posts shared on @redditspaces make it abundantly clear that there are a lot of guys out there who struggle with the fickle world of interior design. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with having differing tastes so long as it makes you happy. It’s hard to believe much fun is being had in some of these rooms, though — and in others, it seems like dudes are having almost too much.
