It’s an unfortunate fact that there are a lot of not-so-great marriages out there. These can occur for many reasons, but a common issue that crops up is the husband who expects his wife to be his maid and mommy rolled into one. The man child is a phenomenon that a lot of women put up with in their lives. 

The good news is, it seems like some of men who have this attitude have given up on trying to find a partner to make miserable. The bad news is that they’re being annoying about it on social media. 

When one man took to Twitter to announce that buying a dishwasher, pressure cooker and washing machine had relieved him of the need to have a wife, people reacted harshly. Joke or not, it’s definitely a revealing way to be talking about relationships that many find off-putting, no matter what their gender.
