Let’s be real; we’re all struggling a bit right now. We’ve got bills to pay, presents to purchase, and jobs that must be worked. Whether we want to or not, we are always grinding. We’ve got to get out of bed and go to work because we’ve got to work to live, and that is lowkey kind of a bummer. 

Still, we can’t succumb to hopelessness in the face of decades of more and more work that seems to be as sure as the sun rising tomorrow. We must find the joy that exists in the small things of everyday life. Even if work stinks, you can still find time to laugh and play and carry on in those couple of hours after you clock out. Your happiness cannot be dictated by the thing that drains yet sustains you, and you deserve a little reprieve; perhaps one in the form of a meme would suit you.
