Animals hold infinite secrets and wonder. That’s why we have a whole section of Cheezburger dedicated to their antics. Their minds hold the ancient wisdom of their species, and they are unencumbered by modernity, unlike humans. They each have their roles to play. Bees make honey, lions stalk prey, and beavers are gonna build dams, apparently no matter the circumstances. If only we humans were clearer on our nature-given roles in life. Perhaps mine is to provide meme lists to all of you. 

With everything we know about the animal kingdom, the various critters of the world still have the capacity to surprise us. So when a beaver, orphaned and raised among humans, held on to the instinct to build a dam, it taught us all a lesson about animal instincts. Not to mention, it provided Twitter with an adorable video to which to react.
