I strongly believe that the main appeal of social media is the human interest angle. On the average platform, you see those from all walks of life acting and interacting in a myriad of different ways that you might not come across if you were an offline sort of person. While this probably does some weird stuff to our brains, at least it’s entertaining in the process.

Reddit is a prime example of this. It’s a place that reminds us about how much crazy stuff is going on in the world that we would be completely oblivious to otherwise. It’s a truly multipurpose platform, entertaining, informing, and starting arguments in equal measure. In this list, however, we focus solely on the part that is amusing. Thankfully, it has plentiful entries that we can use to divert our time and entertain ourselves with. Other people are never so strange as when they’re on the internet.
