It’s TikTok’s world and we’re just living in it on the internet these days. Any social media platform that hasn’t explicitly created its own short-form video feature is nonetheless flooded with reposted TikToks and many of the biggest trends and controversies that grab mainstream attention originate from the bowels of the clock app.

As a result, even the decidedly TikTok-negative have been left with no choice but to face being confronted with the place even if they never download the app. There’s no getting away from it in most places online, and there is little sign that this is changing in the near future. 

It leaves us with two choices: complain about it and maybe think about cutting down on screen time, or try to be exposed to it in ways we can find borderline acceptable. Naturally, we feel like the second option is the best one. Look no further than the examples below.
