I’ve said on here before just how much I love Wikipedia. It’s one of the last bastions of true information on the internet. Contrary to what your teachers told you in grade school, it’s usually a pretty reliable source, especially for the big articles that hundreds of brave editors cross-reference and edit. I could (and have) spent all day on Wikipedia, floating from article to article, learning everything my little heart desires. The folks who edit and write these articles are saints of the modern age. We should have a national day celebrating them. 

That said, things can get pretty funny when people mess with Wikipedia articles. There’s so much opportunity for good jokes. I agree with the originator of this thread that this is NOT an endorsement of vandalism, but merely a celebration of the few moments it was actually pretty funny. We can have a little fun sometimes, can’t we?
