February 4, 2004 is a date that will forever go down in internet history. The reason? It’s when ‘The Facebook’ began to grace our screens as a social networking site for Harvard students. 

In the nearly two decades since, it has transformed into something almost unrecognizable. What was once a trendy part of the internet that millennials far and wide used to document their lives has become a graveyard of boomers and deeply strange individuals hoping to find some comfort from yelling into the void.

While many of the younger generations only keep Facebook around for keeping in touch with family these days (if they have it all), that isn’t to stay it can’t be entertaining as well.
