We’re right in the middle of one of the most important and anticipated Jewish holidays of the year, and it’s in full swing. We’re dusting off our grandma’s tried and true brisket recipe, crushing up matzo for matzo ball soup like the poor matzos wronged us, and preparing for a nice gathering of family and friends. We’re just hoping our «fun uncle» doesn’t ruin the seder again after taking «4 cups of wine» to mean «4 bottles of wine.» Or maybe we’re hoping that he does… it sure was funny to watch him fall asleep on the apple cake. 

The Passover story is such a riveting one, full of drama, triumph, and a whole freaking sea that gets parted.
