Healthcare workers deserve all the praise in the world. From working grueling hours to being constantly on call, I don’t know how they do it. You have to care for sick and distressed patients all day while keeping a positive attitude. Greeting them, asking them about how they are, and administering meds when, really, they just don’t want to be there. And who would? Making potential life-saving decisions, dealing with erratic patients, filling out chart after chart, and a million other tasks like it’s nobody’s business.
