You know the saying «The juice ain’t worth the squeeze?» It’s an incredibly useful phrase for conveying one of life’s most common phenomena: when the result of something is not worth the effort you put into it. My mother has a different way of saying that which is «That’s a lot of sugar for a nickel,» which is awesome because it sounds so old-timey and Southern, but it almost has an opposite meaning. Wouldn’t you want a lot of sugar for cheap? But maybe it’s from the seller’s perspective– you’re losing a lot of product for not a lot of financial gain. 

Whatever, I’m going to keep saying it. But the point is, these memes are worth the effort you put in because it happens to be true that that effort is zero. You don’t have to do anything in order to enjoy them except sit back, relax, and scroll. See how easy that was?
