What can we learn from looking at memes? Some would argue nothing, others, that there is a surprising amount of information to be found. I would suggest the real answer lies something in the middle, but is also heavily dependent on the amount of context we have for everything (which sometimes isn’t very much).

At the end of the day, knowledge isn’t what we come to memes for so the answer to this question doesn’t really matter. Still, it’s nice to feel like we’re doing something useful when we’re in the middle of a scrolling frenzy, even if that couldn’t be further from the case. 

We can’t promise that the memes below will be a teaching moment, although perhaps they have something to say that will give you a brainwave. There is only one way to find out, and it isn’t by hanging around up here reading what I have to say.
