All of us get things wrong sometimes. It wouldn’t be normal for us to somehow hit the bullseye all the time, yet there are so many people out there that seem to feel the need to double down when they happen to be wrong. If there is anything that outshines our general stupidity, it’s our stubbornness with sticking to opinions and supposed facts that do nothing except boost our own egos and worldview. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to realize that the internet has made this phenomenon a million times worse, with everybody free to broadcast their dumbest points of view to the world at any time they want. It might be entertaining when it’s somebody that we don’t like, but we have to remember that nobody is immune. Still, it shouldn’t be difficult to avoid the levels of dumbness found in this list. Listening and learning has its virtues, OK?
