Fellas, is it gay to love your wife? Is it gay to cook yourself a healthy, balanced breakfast so that you feel energized on your way to work? Is it gay to be kind to others? Is it gay to practice good hygiene? Is it gay to remember to bring a reusable bag to the grocery store, or use an umbrella on a rainy day? If these things are gay, then I hope everyone in the world is gay as hell. 

In all seriousness, for too long the word «gay» has been used as a catch-all term by (usually insecure) people with warped and outdated ideas about masculinity. In a recent Reddit thread, people shared some of the most hilariously absurd examples of things they were told not to do because they were supposedly too «gay.»
