Anyone with half a brain would know that you can’t just pick trees out of the ground like a flower when you feel like it. They have roots, they’re big, and they are heavy. Plus, they change with the seasons, and sure, they’re prettiest when they bloom, but life isn’t always pretty. Get used to it.

One woman was absolutely aghast when arriving at a hotel whose trees had no leaves on them. Imagine, the horrors! How could it be that the leaves fell off? Anyway, this woman told the hotel clerk that she would like to speak to a manager, because tsk, tsk, this just won’t do. Obviously, her request was ridiculous, and the hotel clerk stared at her as if she had just fallen from the moon. She continued to complain and stated that it was ‘upsetting’ to see the trees and that it wasn’t right.
