‘How to act as a guest at Disney without going full Karen’: Self-proclaimed Disney adult teaches entitled millennials how to behave at the parks

When you go to Disney—as a child or adult—you expect magic. Not just because for children it feels like a real magical world or as an adult it’s a nostalgic haven that helps you capture some of your childhood essence, but also because that’s what Disney promises. So when you encounter a Karen guest at one of the many magical Disney parks, it’s somehow even more shocking than an encounter in the real world. Outside of the parks it’s possible there’s a Karen around every corner, but inside of the parks there is only supposed to be happiness and fun. It is no place for a Karen.

A self-proclaimed Disney adult posts about her many adventures and two-cents about the beloved parks. Recently, however, she got sick of the other Disney adults in her generation that are more entitled millennials than true fans of that Disney magic. So she started a series on her social media where she takes real-life Karen guest situations and shows how they should have been handled. She wants to turn these Karen moments into learning moments and help keep the magic untainted with hate and entitlement from those horrid Karen guests.
