I’m going to let y’all in on a little secret…I am a Texas girl through and through. You probably could have guessed that by my use of the word «y’all,» but I’m not one for burying the lede. I grew up as a card-carrying member of The Lone Star State. Although Texas isn’t perfect, it is my home, and I will defend it against any coastal elite who tries to trash it. Some of my favorite things about Texas include the following:
- The beautiful sunsets
- Texas high school football
- Whataburger
- Texas BBQ
- The October and November weather
Texas has such a unique culture that it makes sense why its residents are so obsessed with being from it. Texas is not like other parts of the south, which is why it’s necessary to have a list of memes solely dedicated to the place where the stars at night are big and bright (clap clap clap clap).
