There are a couple of things I would consider to be universal pleasures when you have a job, no matter what kind of job it is. The first of these is taking a dump on company time, and the second is slacking off to look at memes. Even when your job IS memes, giving yourself a little non-work related screentime break is a real temptation.

Aside from these two luxuries, the universal pleasures of working are pretty few and far between. Work may give us structure and pay us money, but it’s often not that fun.
