It can sometimes feel like the best part of having a job is being able to complain about it. It’s the most cathartic outlet that we have when we don’t like many aspects of our work, but we’re tethered to it if we actually want to stay alive

This is one of the main reasons that there is an entire industry of memes set up specifically to hash out all the ways that work sucks, and why. It takes a lot of the effort out of having to make those criticisms ourselves, which is just as well when another taxing workday has tired us out.
