Finding normal parent friends is equally important as your kid making friends. If your kid and another child play together on the playground, it’s all well and good, but if they have crazy parents, you’re a lot less likely to want to set up playdates with that kid. There’s a certain kind of magic that happens when a mom and kid find their new best friend in another mom and kid.
