The Funniest Parenting Tweets of the Week (November 9, 2023)

We’ve fallen back. I’m talking about the clocks, of course, but I could also be talking about me, returning to my old habits once again. It’s the time of year when daylight is fleeting, night seems like forever, and it feels like bedtime before it feels like dinner time. For parents, this means drawing on reserves of energy to get through the day. It’s time for digging deep, as sleep is a more powerful draw than ever.

Kids somehow seem to have endless energy. I remember when I was a kid I’d come home from a full day at school and have enough gas in the tank to play outside with my neighbors for the rest of the night. And then still rage against bedtime. I don’t know how my parents handled me, bless them. Now, bedtime beckons at almost every turn. But before you turn in for the night, catch up on these fresh parenting tweets that’ll make you feel a little less alone.
