Did you know you can make pasta with just flour and eggs? That’s right, just put ⅔ cup flour with one large egg, knead it together, let the dough sit for like 10 minutes, and then BAM, pasta dough. Now, you just make whatever shape you want and throw it into some boiling water. Did everybody just know this? Is this something pre-wired into the brains of Italians and future great chef’s? Because this is something I JUST learned last night… And I am not a very good cook, but when I tell you I friggin’ made some tasty fresh pasta I mean it! I’m still riding the high of that successful meal. People always talk about their «pasta machines» or whatever, so I just figured it must be complicated. But y’all… It’s not! Anyways, I’m inspired and wanted to share my joy with memes! (I’d share some of my pasta but the technology isn’t quite there yet.) Anyways, bone apple the teeth!
