Lord Farquaad might not have officially been a king in Shrek, but he will always be the king of all short kings. His narcissism and projection of insecurities is exactly the type of guy most early 20-something-year-old girls fall for. He exudes false confidence and wants to make you his queen! I don’t know about you, but sounds like the skater boy I used to date… But at least Lord Farquaad had a bed and not just a mattress on the floor. In fact, he had a massive bed! You get a glimpse of it in the movie and he’s even enjoy a good martini in there. Martinis in bed??? Sounds like the kind of life anyone could be swooned into. Wait… Am I simping over Lord Farquaad right now??? Maybe I’ve been doom scrolling through too many memes… Naaaaah, never!
