I’m the sort of Dune fan who loves it all—the Frank Herbert novels, David Lynch’s Dune, the audiobooks, Jodorowsky’s insane adaptation that never happened, Denis Villeneuve’s Dune, heck, even some of Brian Herbert’s works are interesting in their own ways, albeit very wacky. Call me crazy, but I think it’s all good, and I am counting down the days until Dune: Part Two finally hits theaters. I literally can’t wait to see how Villeneuve’s adaptation unfolds, and whether the follow-up epic will include any of the Dune Messiah storyline.
