You and I both know how easy it is to waste hours upon hours of your life just idly flicking through the treasure trove of humor that the internet has to offer. There is so much of it, and it is increasing in volume all the time. It’s more than a little overwhelming.

This is where the essential concept of compromise comes in. It probably takes less than a second to process many memes, so if we limit how many we look at, we can be economical in our meme consumption. 

There’s no better way to do this than when memes are put in list form. We get to ration ourselves in a way that seems fun at the same time. It’s just enough to fry our brains without taking away too many of our precious hours. That is, so long as you can resist the urge to scroll along to the next one.
