The spark… that ineffable, indescribable thing that keeps you coming back for more. Whether it’s a relationship, a performer, or a meme, you need that je ne sais quoi that makes you lean in and say, «I’m interested.» It’s not something you can force, it’s either there or it isn’t, and you usually know within the first moment of seeing something or somebody. Not that they can’t grow on you, but if they don’t interest you, then it’s caput. 

Have you ever seen someone perform and thought, «That’s a star.» Whether it was a kid in a 5th grade talent show, a stand-up comedian in a basement, or someone on TV. It’s easy to tell when somebody has it. There’s something in you that just knows. And I think these memes are ripe contenders for stardom. They have the sauce, whatever that means to you.
