It’s been a big week for Beatles fans, with director Sam Mendes (no relation to Shawn Mendes, to my chagrin) announcing 4 upcoming biopics from each of the mop-top lads’ perspectives. Though we’ll have to wait until 2027 (which sounds like a fake year to me) to see them, the internet was immediately abuzz with predictions, reactions, and of course hilarious fan casts. You really can’t mention any movie these days without somebody dragging Jacob Elordi into the conversation. We get it, he’s a beloved actor…

Some folks are saying it will be the new Barbenheimer, dragging us to the theaters for a quadruple header. Of course, we have very little information on how it’s actually going to play out, but that doesn’t stop us from dreaming! I’m personally most excited for the Ringo one. He doesn’t get enough time in the sun. But while we wait three years, we can enjoy the Twitter discourse.
