So many parents spill their entire life stories on Mommy Facebook Groups, and I can’t understand it for the life of me. Once, in my local community, an anonymous poster asked about a man her 24-year-old daughter was dating. She described and identified basically everything about this man: he was in his early 40s,  a virgin, a Catholic, liked to ride his bicycle, and hadn’t been in a long-term relationship because he was focusing on work. This mom shared everything, but his social security number and I was petrified, especially for the girl he was dating. I absolutely could’ve known or gone to high school with this girl, and the fact that her mom was airing out intimate personal information about her partner on Facebook for all of the suburb to see was as humiliating as it was hilarious. If you love and hate such strange mom-posting, these parenting posts will send you into a spiral.
