Curiosity killed the cat, but against all odds, that monkey, Curious George, is still alive and well. Last Christmas, me and my family discovered an old Curious George DVD that we used to watch over and over when my sister and I were kids. Naturally, we had to watch it, and all of those childhood memories came flooding back to us. 

In this short film, George eats a puzzle piece, goes to the hospital, and becomes the most popular and cool person at said hospital. I know the point of this movie was to make kids less afraid to go to the hospital and to discourage them from eating their toys, but I don’t know if it succeeded on those fronts. If anything, the short told me that going to the hospital for an unspeakably stupid act will expand my social network and make my fellow sick children happy. Then again, I don’t think I would’ve had the same experience because I am not, nor have I ever been a boy monkey. If your curiosity doesn’t include eating inanimate objects, then these funny memes might be the right fit.
