How many cups of coffee should you drink per day? It varies from person to person, and if you’re not a caffeine addict like me, you’d be shocked at the coffee consumption habits of others. My mother can’t drink caffeine after 11 AM, or she will stay up all night. I don’t know about you all, but that is unconscionable to me. If my caffeine drinking after 11 kept me up all night, I would literally never sleep. I can drink a Diet Coke at 8 PM and fall asleep at 10:30 PM because I don’t allow my caffeine addiction to take over my entire life.
