Damon Albarn might still be in hot water with the Swifties for trashing their beloved queen, but he still got it right when he told us that modern life is rubbish. We work hard and relax less just to keep a roof over our heads, and it always seems like there’s never any time to do what we actually want to do.

The internet doesn’t always help with that, of course. There’s always another stupid tweet or ridiculous drama to distract us from whatever we should be doing, and social media sucks up even more of our precious time. 

However, sometimes it’s all we can do to gaze blankly at our phones, waiting for them to feed us the next delicious and nutritionally devoid morsel of absolutely ludicrous memery. At this point, we’re all addicts here. So go forth and consume this combination of memes and posts, because there’s no need to feel guilty.
