Eating is one of the best simple pleasures in life, so I think it’s fair to say that anybody who is a good cook deserves to get some recognition for it. They are taking something that is a vital need and elevating it to the kind of thing that is often the highlight of our day (if we love food, that is). 

On one level, cheffing is as simple as following a recipe, but on another, there are far more complexities to it. Do you have an instinct for combining the right flavors and textures, and do you know what tweaks to make to take a dish into legendary territory? Not everybody gets that far on their cooking journey, but that doesn’t mean that they can’t enjoy a taste of cooking memes. They are here for those of all levels to enjoy.
