Parenting isn’t for the faint of heart. Anyone who’s ever been around a kid knows that they’re often gross, sometimes mean, and always unpredictable. Before you become a parent, you probably can’t imagine cleaning up someone else’s puke at 4 am (unless it’s your dog’s). Before you become a parent, you probably can’t imagine being told you’re a «doo doo head» before 9 am. 

Before you become a parent, you probably can’t imagine that you’ll end up learning way more about dinosaur fossils than you ever thought you could. Through kids, all things are possible. This is the wonderful thing and the frustrating thing about being a parent. You can’t truly prepare for it, because every kid is different. But once you’re in it, it’s completely consuming, like a dark ride at an amusement park. You never know what’s going to pop out. But at least you’ll have these tweets to keep you company along the way.
