It’s almost the Fourth of July, which in this country is basically just an excuse to eat a bunch of hot dogs and set off explosives… the American way. And there’s nothing like a summertime barbecue. Put the right person in front of the grill and you’re in for a heck of a time. Even the most basic, boring hamburgers and hot dogs can be elevated to culinary perfection if you kiss it with the right amount of grill char and eat it outside. Anything tastes good if you’re eating it while watching fireworks. Bonus points if you say «this is the big finale» at least a couple of times before it actually is.
